How it works Oppsheet Talent, coming soon On the roadmap

Oppsheet Talent

Breaking into finance is a matching problem wearing a networking costume. Oppsheet Talent, coming soon, flips it: you’re already in Claude working on your resume, so listing yourself takes one sentence. Your profile is anonymized to school, skills, target roles and markets, and never your name or contact until you accept a connection. Search funds, sponsors, and advisory shops filter for exactly who they need. When a firm wants to meet you, you get an email and you decide.

Build your block

Fill in what applies to you and copy the result into Claude. Skip anything you don’t know yet: the bracketed prompt stays, and Claude will ask.

The Builder

Sketch your profile. The block on the right updates as you type.

Copy for Claude

Paste this into a Claude project, your preferences, or any chat.

Nothing you type here leaves your browser. No account needed, and nothing you enter is stored.

Power Setup

On the roadmap

Five minutes now, and Oppsheet runs itself.

You’re already in Claude working on your resume, and that’s the whole setup:

  1. Create a Claude Project called “Career” and paste the “Copy for Claude” block above into its project instructions, along with your current resume.
  2. Every time you update your resume in that project, Claude refreshes your talent summary automatically: school, skills, target roles, markets.
  3. When Talent launches, your profile is one sentence from live, and firms filter for exactly who you are. When one wants to meet you, you get an email, and you decide.

(No scheduled task needed: your profile updates when your resume does, and interest comes to you by email.)

The pattern: Oppsheet emails you the moment something happens. Your Claude Project is where the judgment happens. The scheduled scan just makes sure judgment happens on schedule.

A worked example

⚠ Illustrative example

A generic persona, start to finish. Not a real member, and not real deal data.

A rising senior at a state university, aiming at search-fund internships in the Midwest.

Their completed block

I'm working toward a career in finance/M&A and I use Oppsheet (the M&A connector). My profile for Oppsheet Talent, when it launches: State University, class of 2027, skills financial modeling, diligence support, cold outreach, seeking search fund internship, markets Chicago, remote, available June 2026. When I update my resume in our chats, refresh that summary. Until Talent launches, record me on Oppsheet with the "other" role and put my talent summary in my profile notes so I'm ready on day one, and tell me when it goes live.

The profile firms would browse

Here’s the anonymized profile firms would see once Talent launches:

Analyst-track candidate · Chicago / remote · available June 2026
State university, class of 2027 · financial modeling, diligence support, cold outreach
Seeking: search fund internship

Your name, school name, and contact details stay hidden. When a firm wants to meet you, you get an email, and you decide.

Oppsheet Talent is on the roadmap. Today this records your role and talent summary on your profile notes, so you’re ready on day one.

Ready when you are.

Add Oppsheet to Claude once, paste your block, and start the conversation.
