How Oppsheet works for owners and sellers

Selling a business starts with a conversation, not a data room. Describe your company to Claude in plain language and Oppsheet posts it anonymously: buyers see a revenue range, a cash-flow range, sector, and state. Never your name, never your company, never your exact figures. Your listing reaches a limited number of best-fit buyers, not the whole market, and you get an email the moment anyone signals interest. You review each buyer (title, location, how they fund) and choose who gets the introduction. No success fees, ever.

Power Setup

Five minutes now, and Oppsheet runs itself.

Sellers don’t need a routine, because Oppsheet comes to you. You’ll get an email the moment a buyer signals interest. Two things make the process sharper:

Create a Claude Project called “Exploring a sale” and paste the “Copy for Claude” block above into its project instructions. Add one more thing in your own words: what matters most to you in a buyer, whether that is price, speed, confidentiality, or what happens to your crew. Claude will weigh every interested buyer against YOUR priorities, not generic ones.
When the email arrives, open that project and say “check my listing.” Claude pulls every interested buyer (title, location, funding basis) and helps you compare them before you choose who to connect with.

When a buyer signals (say this in your project)

Use Oppsheet and check my listing. Show me every interested buyer with their title, location, and funding basis. Compare them against what I've told you matters most to me in a buyer, tell me which one you'd look at first and why, and remind me what happens (and what stays private) if I choose to connect.

The pattern: Oppsheet emails you the moment something happens. Your Claude Project is where the judgment happens. The scheduled scan just makes sure judgment happens on schedule.

When a buyer signals (I'll get an email), show me every interested buyer (title, location, funding basis) and help me compare them before I choose who to connect with. When I say "connect with [buyer]", make the introduction. Remind me: my identity stays hidden until I choose to connect, exact figures are never shown (only ranges), and connecting shares email addresses both ways.
