How it works Oppsheet Connect, coming soon On the roadmap

M&A Services

Every deal hits a moment where you need the right counterpart: capital providers, Quality of Earnings and tax/audit professionals, consultants, legal, R&W insurers, or an operator who’s simply done it before. Oppsheet Connect, coming soon, lets any member post an anonymous Request for exactly who they need. It’s delivered to matched members who’ve opted in to be found; those willing raise a hand, and you choose who to meet. No referral fees and no per-connection charges: it’s part of membership. Experts are never spammed: a browsable board and at most one daily digest.

Build your block

Fill in what applies to you and copy the result into Claude. Skip anything you don’t know yet: the bracketed prompt stays, and Claude will ask.

The Builder

Power Setup

On the roadmap

Five minutes now, and Oppsheet runs itself.

Connect isn’t live yet, but the members who set up now are the ones findable on day one:

  1. Be ready to be found. Use the “Copy for Claude” block above today. It records your expertise on your profile notes, so the moment Connect launches you’re already in the match pool.
  2. Requests come to you, so you don’t hunt. When Connect is live, matched requests arrive in at most one daily email digest. No scheduled task needed for inbound; that’s the platform’s job.
  3. When you need expertise, it’s one sentence in any chat: “request [what I need].” Save the prompt below for that day.

When Connect launches

Use Oppsheet. Post an anonymous Request: I need [WHAT, e.g., an SBA lender who can move in 30 days, a QofE provider who works sub-$10M deals, a tax structuring consultant, an R&W insurance broker, an operator who has owned an HVAC business]. Deliver it to matched members, show me who raises a hand (title, location, expertise) and connect me with whoever I choose.

The pattern: Oppsheet emails you the moment something happens. Your Claude Project is where the judgment happens. The scheduled scan just makes sure judgment happens on schedule.

A worked example

⚠ Illustrative example

A generic persona, start to finish. Not a real member, and not real deal data.

A searcher under LOI on a residential services business, who also has SBA experience worth being found for.

Their completed block

I use Oppsheet (the M&A connector). When Oppsheet Connect launches, I want two things set up. First, make me findable: I'm open to being sought out for Quality of Earnings for sub-$10M deals, sectors HVAC Services, Plumbing, with this context: closed 11 SBA deals in the Southeast. Second, when I need help on a deal, I'll say "request [what I need]", and post it as an anonymous Request, show me who responds (title, location, expertise), and connect me with whoever I choose. Until Connect is live, remind me it's coming when relevant, and record my expertise details on my profile notes so we're ready on day one.

What a Request looks like once Connect is live

Request posted, anonymously, and delivered to members with matching expertise:

Quality of Earnings · Home Services · Midwest
“Under LOI on a residential services business, $1–5M revenue. Seeking a QofE provider who works sub-$10M deals and can start within two weeks.”

3 experts responded. Review and choose who to meet:

Partner · Accounting firm · Ohio · sub-$10M QofE, 40+ engagements
Director · Transaction services · Illinois · home services specialist
Independent · Former CFO · Indiana · buy-side diligence
Responders see the need, never the requester, until the requester chooses to connect.

Ready when you are.

Add Oppsheet to Claude once, paste your block, and start the conversation.
